These heavy duty retractable metal id badge holders have a wire cord and a retracting strap for your cards. These retractable ID badge holders come in two finishes and feature a heavy plastic-wrapped wire cord. They are a better choice when carrying more items like ID badges, proxy cards, or keys on your badge reel.

Features

  • 1-9/16" round reels with 24" long plastic-wrapped wire pull cords; black or chrome all metal reel case
  • badge reels can support about 5 - 6 oz. of weight with normal movement before starting to pull out
  • ID badge holder key reels have slide clip on back; slide clips are stationary and just slide right over a pocket or waistband; works with lanyards, too, as they slide right onto a split ring

    6stars! this item is excellent, strong, and cures just what I wanted it to do when I remembered my Dad, a former collegiate phys. ed teacher and wrestling coach along with several other sports carrying his keys in a clip kind of a metal arrangement that fit on his dress belt. Thanks again, looking forward to sharing my idea w/all my co-workers that continually experience their plastic ID string holders exploding around the 3 month lifespan.

    I have broken several badge reels with a nylon cord. This is a strong metal case with a steel cord.
    It is slightly heavier than the average reel, very well-made.
